GTM for founders with traction
I'm Roshni Shokar. I help founders build the commercial infrastructure that turns real traction into predictable revenue, as an embedded operator, not a consultant parachuting in with a deck.

The most common thing I see: a founder with a real product and genuine market interest who can't explain why deals aren't closing.
It's usually not a sales problem. The ideal customer is fuzzy, the sales cycle has never been mapped, and no one has defined what qualified actually means for their specific buyer. I come in and diagnose that before we do anything else. Then we build backwards from a real goal — a launch, a fundraise, a contract — into a plan that actually sequences the work.
I've done this in hard tech, mobility, alternative energy, and government-adjacent markets, where the buyer is complex and the sales cycle is long. I'm also embedded in the Detroit startup ecosystem, which means the introductions I make and the context I bring are grounded in relationships that already exist.
The pattern holds across industries: traction without commercial infrastructure stalls, and the fix is almost always more specific than founders expect.

In their words
“Roshni is a GTM expert backed by a network that genuinely knows and trusts her. She sees around corners, makes the right introductions, and creates opportunities others simply wouldn't see.”
“She has a real gift for synthesizing information and tightening a story. What sets Roshni apart is her range — she's as comfortable digging into competitor products as she is on stage telling your story.”
“Roshni is the signal in the noise. She distills what operators need to take their startup to the next level and drives impact forward in a non-overwhelming way.”

Motmot had strong interest from more than 50 cities, but bringing a new hardware-based service to market meant building the commercial and field processes at the same time. The challenge was turning that interest and signal into projects the team could scope, schedule, and deliver.
